Academic & Professional Background
Mr. Ononuga earned his B.Sc. in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1975, establishing a strong foundation for his career in real estate. He became an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) in 1985 and is a Registered Member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
Beyond his national recognition, he is also a member of the Associate Rating and Valuation Association, London (ARVA), giving him valuable international exposure in property valuation standards and practices
